Scope
This policy describes the current Surfboard Sizing Hub website at surfboardsizinghub.com. It explains our site's features and the information involved in using them.
Calculator inputs
The calculator runs in your browser. Our calculator code does not send your weight, experience level, board-style selection, or calculated result to a server. It does not save those values in cookies or browser storage.
Website delivery
The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, with delivery infrastructure provided by Cloudflare. Hosting and network providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, and request times, to deliver and protect the site. We do not control all provider logs or their retention periods.
Our calculator does not set cookies or install analytics code. The site includes Google AdSense code, described below. Hosting infrastructure may use its own operational technologies. For provider information, see OpenAI's privacy policy and Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Fonts and external resources
Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Those requests can expose technical connection information, including your IP address, to Google. See Google Fonts privacy information. Our wave image and application files are served with the website.
Contact messages
Messages sent to contact@surfboardsizinghub.com are forwarded through Porkbun to our Gmail inbox. Messages you choose to send may include your email address, name, and message content. We use them to respond and investigate feedback. Porkbun and Google also process messages under their own policies. Please do not send sensitive personal information. You can email us to request deletion of correspondence we hold, subject to any applicable retention obligations.
Advertising and affiliate links
The site includes Google AdSense code while our application is reviewed. Loading that code sends a request to Google and may involve technical information such as IP address, browser details, and the page visited. When ads are served, Google and other advertising providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and personalize advertising based on visits to this and other websites. You can manage Google advertising personalization through My Ad Center and learn more at Google advertising technologies. Advertising consent and opt-out messages will be configured before we enable ad serving where required. We currently use no affiliate links.

You can use the calculator without an account or submitting personal information. You can limit third-party requests through your browser settings, although doing so may affect fonts or other website behavior.
